- Remove a brake bracket (see Removal, dismantling and installation of a brake bracket), but without disconnecting a flexible hose, put it on a support nearby.
- Carry out fault detection of a disk, deep teases are not admissible and the disk demands processing.
- Make sure that thickness of a disk conforms to requirements of operation.
- Check an axial beating of a disk which should not exceed 0,12 mm.
- If it is necessary, remove a nave of a forward wheel (see Removal, installation and adjustment of a nave and bearings of forward wheels).
- Screw two bolts in a nave and clamp knot in a vice a brake disk up.
- Face key turn off bolts and separate a brake disk from a nave.
|
Before installation clear the interfaced surfaces. New disks have a corrosion-resistant paint and varnish coating which before installation of a disk needs to be removed solvent. |
- Establish the new (restored) disk on a nave, evenly tighten new bolts.
- Establish a nave and a brake bracket (see Removal, installation and adjustment of a nave and bearings of forward wheels and Removal, dismantling and installation of a brake bracket).

The brake disk of back wheels is established on a flange of a shaft of the drive of wheels, at the same time watch that he got up on a small pin. |
