Check of level of fuel in the float-operated camera


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the carburetor.
  2. Remove the electromagnetic valve.
  3. Remove the float-operated camera, a jet and a spring.
  4. Turn the carburetor and measure distance between the highest point of a float and the plane of the float-operated camera which has to be 17±0,5 mm.
  5. If necessary adjust the size a podgibaniye of the lever of floats.
  6. Mount the float-operated camera, a jet and a spring.
  7. Install the electromagnetic valve.
  8. Install the carburetor.


Check of the dosing needle

The needle freely moves in the holder and has to be in strictly certain situation, therefore. Its surface is processed with high precision, and the slightest wear worsens a dosage and dispersion of fuel; it should not have smoothed sites. The holder fastens the conic screw adjacent to a lyska. The plastic washer has to be in one plane with the lower part of the piston.

The diaphragm has to be whole, without damages and it is correct to adjoin to basic surfaces, and adjusting flutes — to basic ledges. Check the provision of an adjusting flute.

Adjustment of a starting gap of a butterfly valve

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Without disconnecting engine cooling system hoses, unscrew three screws of fastening of a temperature regulator and remove it from the carburetor.
  2. Remove the shock-absorber of return of a butterfly valve.
  3. Unscrew the adjusting screw of amount of mix before full closing of a butterfly valve.
  4. Disconnect the lever of half-open of a butterfly valve.
  5. Put tags of angular provision of a butterfly valve.
  6. Wrap the adjusting screw of amount of mix before achievement of an angle of half-open of a butterfly valve 6 °.
  7. Install the lever.
  8. As much as possible open a butterfly valve the lever.
  9. Release the lever and check the provision of a butterfly valve which has to be 16 ° ±1 or 0,65±0,05 mm.
  10. At an aberration adjust the lever.
  11. Establish and adjust the shock-absorber of return of a butterfly valve.
  12. Establish a temperature regulator, observing its adjustment.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Start the engine idling, disconnect a vacuum hose and the adjusting screw of the starting arrangement set the mode of the engine of 1200 — 1400 rpm.
  2. Attach a vacuum hose.
  3. Check a gap between the adjusting screw and a control lever of a butterfly valve which has to be 0,5 mm.

Adjustment of a temperature regulator

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Press hoses of heating and disconnect them from a temperature regulator.
  2. Disconnect a block and remove a temperature regulator assembled.
  3. Heat a temperature regulator cover to temperature of 20 °C.
  4. Install a cover with laying on the case of the starting arrangement.
  5. Turn a cover clockwise until the lever does not rise on the middle of the 2nd profile of the sector of half-open of a butterfly valve.
  6. Put tags of a relative positioning on a cover and on the case of the starting arrangement. Remove if necessary former tags.
  7. Establish a temperature regulator.
  8. Attach a block.
  9. Attach hoses of heating and remove air from the engine cooling system.


Adjustment of quality (structure) of mix on accelerated single to the course

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up the engine.
  2. Remove a protective cover of a lever box of the starting arrangement.
  3. Slightly open a butterfly valve a little and put a control lever the piston on the 2nd profile of the sector at the level of a control lever of a butterfly valve.
  4. Start the engine.
  5. The adjusting screw of additional air achieve the set content of carbon monoxide (SO) in the fulfilled gases.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up the engine.
  2. Make sure that idling the butterfly valve does not rest the accelerated idling against the shock-absorber of return or to a control lever.
  3. The adjusting screw of a control lever achieve normal rate of a bent shaft idling.
  4. Check and if necessary adjust the content of carbon monoxide (SO) in the fulfilled gases. For this purpose remove a cap from the electromagnetic valve and unscrew it for increase in contents WITH and vice versa.
