Adjustment of a starting gap of the I step of the air gate

1 — draft
2 — the intermediate lever
3 — the lever
4 — the thermostatic servo-driver
5 — an adjusting nut


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. This adjustment needs to be made at a temperature of cooling liquid less than 20 °C. At more high temperature cool the thermostatic servo-driver 4.
  2. Be convinced of free movement of air gates.
  3. Shift draft 1 to the left, having rested it against the intermediate lever 2.
  4. Move the lever 3 against the stop to draft of 1 pneumatic actuator.
  5. Check a starting gap of the I step of the air gate by means of a drill with a diameter of 3,2 mm.
  6. If necessary weaken a nut 5 and achieve the appropriate amount of movement of the servo-driver 4.

1 — draft of a pneumatic actuator
2 — the intermediate lever
3 — the lever
6 — the adjusting screw


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the case of a bimetallic spring, include ignition and later about 150 with shift draft of 1 pneumatic actuator to the left against the stop.
  2. Move the lever 3 against the stop to draft of 1 pneumatic actuator.
  3. Check a starting gap of the II step of the air gate by means of a drill with a diameter of 4,2 mm.
  4. If necessary achieve the appropriate size turn of the adjusting screw 6.
