Design and technical characteristics

Four - and five-step transmissions with synchronizers on all transfers of the forward course. Gear shifting is made by the lever on the body floor tunnel. The case of the transmission is cast from aluminum alloy.

The five-step option is developed on the basis of four-stage by installation of the fifth step in a back part of the transmission owing to what many repair operations are identical to both options.
