 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Insert a main shaft and enter it into gearing with a secondary shaft.
  2. While your assistant raises secondary and primary shaft, lift an intermediate shaft and (on boxes with conic roller bearings) shift it forward so that the bearing rested against a case wall. Establish back (and forward) the bearing of an intermediate shaft, pressing them in a case a mandrel.
  3. Establish a maslootrazhatelny ring and the bearing on a main shaft, then by means of a mandrel press the bearing in a case wall against the stop. At installation of the bearing support a secondary shaft and you watch that the ring of the synchronizer IV of transfer remained on the place.
  4. Put an internal spring ring on a main shaft.
  5. Remove a pipe from a secondary shaft and, supporting a main shaft, install the back bearing in a case by means of a mandrel.
  6. Put couplings of synchronizers in inclusion position at the same time of two transfers, then screw a bearing nut on the forward end of an intermediate shaft and tighten it the moment 8,0 кгс.м. If it is provided, fuller a nut fillet in a shaft groove.
  7. Include neutral transfer, then put laying of adjustment of an axial side play and a clamping plate in a back wall of a case and tighten bolts. In case of replacement of the bearing to adjust a face gap of an external ring of the bearing within 0,0 — 0,05 mm. For definition of a gap to measure by a caliper with the nonius distance between a lock ring of the bearing and a zaplechik of a clamping plate and the interfaced surface. If it is provided, to zakontrit bolts short moustaches of lock washers.
  8. Put remote washers on an intermediate shaft and a napressuyta a backing gear wheel on vents, then press the hammer a prismatic spline in a groove.
  9. Press the hammer segment splines in grooves of a secondary shaft.
  10. Using a mandrel, a napressuyta a backing gear wheel on a secondary shaft, then put a remote washer. The necessary thickness of a remote washer is selected depending on length of a rod of the choice of transfers according to the table given below.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Enter a fork of a rod of the choice of transfer of a backing and the V transfer to a transfer synchronizer V coupling groove, then displace them in a case and on a secondary shaft. At the same time establish a clamp on a bar of the choice of transfers through a case window.
  2. Heat a ring of the needle bearing of a gear wheel of the V transfer (enough heat of a hand) and put on it a secondary shaft against the stop in synchronizer knot, extending a secondary shaft back.
  3. Put the blocking synchronizer ring on a cone of a gear wheel of the V transfer.
  4. Establish an intermediate gear wheel of a backing in a gear shifting fork, then insert an axis of an intermediate gear wheel into a gear wheel and into a case.
  5. Put a rod of the choice of transfer of a backing and the V transfer to the central situation and insert a ball and a spring of a clamp, having applied on them a thin film of lubricant. Insert a clamp into the withheld case.
  6. Combine a clamp with an opening in a rod of the choice of transfers and insert the cylindrical forelock into this opening.
  7. Establish an intermediate case with new laying. Apply sealant on a carving of bolts, screw and tighten them hands. The adjusting pin of an axis of an intermediate gear wheel of a backing has to be from the outer side for its installation in a case cut.
  8. The intermediate case has to be centered rather intermediate plate before a final inhaling of bolts. For this purpose remove bearings from a plate, establish a plate on a case and be convinced that bearings freely enter plate nests. Put into place a case and tighten external bolts. Remove an intermediate plate and bearings and tighten internal bolts.
  9. Using a mandrel, a napressuyta a gear wheel of the V transfer for the end of an intermediate shaft.
  10. Put new laying on an intermediate plate, having installed on it bearings, then put a plate on adjusting pins, passing through it secondary and intermediate shaft, put and tighten bolts.
  11. Temporarily stop an intermediate shaft by inclusion at the same time of two transfers, then screw a nut on an intermediate shaft and tighten it the moment 8,0 кгс.м. If it is provided, zakontrit a nut stamping.
  12. Enter gear shifting forks into grooves of couplings of synchronizers through a side window of a case.
