Design and technical characteristics

Forward suspension bracket independent, with telescopic shock-absorbers, with screw cylindrical springs, the top and lower levers and the stabilizer of cross stability connecting the top levers of a suspension bracket.

All knots of fastening of a suspension bracket are executed on saylent-blocks (rubber-metal plugs). The rotary fist is connected to suspension bracket levers via tight spherical hinges (spherical fingers). The nave of a forward wheel has adjustable conic bearings.

Depending on model and a complete set on cars cylindrical springs of several types in combination with the top basic cups of various thickness are established.

Selection of a spring of a suspension bracket with the top basic cup

On cars in a forward suspension bracket springs and basic cups of four types are applied. Selection of a spring and a basic cup is made at the plant and has to remain during all term of operation in order to avoid deterioration in characteristics of stability and controllability of the car.

When replacing a spring or a basic cup surely establish the details identical former.

The spring approaches a basic cup on score. This sum consists of point of model and points of the additional equipment.

Shock-absorbers

On cars shock-absorbers gas-filled, serving for clearing of fluctuations of forward wheels are used. They are connected to a body and levers of a suspension bracket.
