8. Back suspension bracket

Design and technical characteristics

Back suspension bracket independent, with screw cylindrical springs, diagonal levers, telescopic shock-absorbers and the stabilizer of cross stability.

Springs of a suspension bracket and top basic cups

Depending on model and a complete set on cars springs of two types in combination with the top basic cups of three types of various thickness are established.

Selection of a spring to a basic cup is made at the plant and has to remain during all term of operation in order to avoid deterioration in characteristics of stability and controllability of the car. When replacing a spring or a basic cup surely establish the details identical former.

Shock-absorbers

On cars shock-absorbers gas-filled, oil, one-pipe double action are used. They are connected to a body and levers of a suspension bracket.

Body height regulator

The device of regulation of provision of a body on height was installed on separate models. It hydraulically regulates height of a suspension bracket of a back part of the car and consists of a hydraulic pump, a tank, two accumulative cameras and the proofreader of provision of a body.

Hydraulic pump

The hydraulic pump of piston type, is given to rotation by a mnogoruchyevy belt of the drive of auxiliary units from a bent shaft.

Accumulative cameras

Working liquid comes to each shock-absorber from the separate accumulative camera (a pressure head tank) in which there is under pressure a working liquid intended for uniform and its smooth giving in shock-absorbers.

Proofreader of provision of a body

The proofreader of provision of a body established between a hydraulic pump and accumulative cameras on the cross stabilizer determines the size of pressure of the working liquid coming to shock-absorbers via accumulative cameras for maintenance of constant height of a back part of a body.
